Connecticut public libraries lent 3,891,944 items to non-residents during the 2015-2016 year (which ended with February).  This is down from the 2014-2015 total of 4,175,664.  Reimbursement payments should go out to libraries in April.  The current funding for payments was reduced from $950,000 in FY2015 to an expected $837,540 in FY2016, so most libraries will see a smaller pa...
