Join Us For A Special International Third Thursday Lunchtime Lecture!

Join us on Zoom or Facebook Live to hear about how this team of high school students, chaperones, and historians from Connecticut and France worked side by side to restore trenches once occupied by the 26th “Yankee” Division. You’ll hear firsthand from the students about the impact this groundbreaking experiential education program has had on their lives. And learn about how this program came to be from Project Director Christine Pittsley and Seicheprey Mayor and co-creator Gérard ANDRE, and maybe even hear about what might be next!

This program is part of Connecticut State Library’s Third Thursday Lecture Series that explores a diverse range of interesting topics about Connecticut’s history, culture, geography, and more.
